About the Role


Comhar Partners is seeking a highly organized, proactive Operations Manager. This role partners closely with ownership and leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, strong financial discipline, and effective internal coordination.

This is a hands-on role designed for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and thrives in environments where trust, discretion, and follow-through matter. The Operations Manager will serve as a central point of coordination—bringing structure, consistency, and reliability to core business functions while enabling leadership to stay focused on growth and strategy.

Location: Currently remote, however the role will be Hybrid (2-3 days a week in office in Naples, FL) in the near future.

Role & Responsibilities


Business & Financial Operations

  • Prepare and manage client engagement letters and contracts
  • Create and issue client invoices using QuickBooks
  • Maintain up-to-date cash flow tracking and financial records
  • Run payroll through Paychex and ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Pay vendor invoices and manage recurring expenses

Administrative & Executive Support

  • Schedule internal and external meetings
  • Coordinate and book travel for leadership as needed
  • Provide general operational and administrative support to leadership

Vendor & Partner Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and service providers
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure timely communication
  • Support contract coordination and ongoing vendor needs

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure operational processes are organized, documented, and followed
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency
  • Act as a trusted partner to leadership, balancing priorities across three brand

Experience and Skills Requirements


  • 5+ years of experience in an operations, business manager, office manager, or similar role supporting leadership
  • Experience handling financial and administrative functions, including invoicing, payroll, and expense management
  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (invoicing and basic financial tracking required)
  • Experience running payroll through systems such as Paychex or similar providers
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across different stakeholders or business units
  • Experience working directly with owners, executives, or senior leadership
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow through without constant oversight
  • Clear communicator—comfortable coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and external partners
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
