POSITION OVERVIEW
The Vice President of Delivery partners with executive leadership to define and execute service delivery strategy in alignment with the organization’s growth objectives. This role collaborates closely with senior delivery leaders to communicate business priorities, oversee project execution, and evaluate performance to drive continuous improvement.
This position leads all aspects of day-to-day service delivery, including NetSuite implementations, integrations, and managed services. The Vice President is responsible for scaling delivery operations, enhancing quality and efficiency, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction while supporting sustained growth and profitability.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the Service Delivery organization, overseeing day-to-day operations, people management, and long-term strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
- Drive operational excellence by identifying improvement opportunities and implementing scalable processes, systems, and delivery frameworks.
- Plan and forecast headcount needs across functional areas; establish hiring standards and optimize staffing and resource allocation.
- Partner with leadership to manage and oversee the departmental budget, ensuring profitability and efficient resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations across all operating regions (Philippines, U.S., India).
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures that support scalable growth and high-quality service delivery.
- Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure delivery effectiveness and inform decision-making.

- Proactively identify risks, issues, and opportunities, and take initiative in driving solutions.
- Anticipate internal and external business factors to inform strategy and support sustainable growth.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate’s background includes the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience leading end-to-end NetSuite implementations.
- 5+ years in a leadership role with direct people management responsibilities.
- Deep knowledge of NetSuite, including core modules and delivery of complex implementations.
- Experience working within a high-performing NetSuite consultancy, with understanding of best practices, tools, and delivery methodologies.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding performance and success metrics.
- Demonstrated experience scaling teams and implementing systems and processes to improve delivery quality and efficiency.
- NetSuite certifications preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
