Position Overview
Bucholtz & Germo is looking to add a Wealth Management Advisor to their team. This role will focus on building and maintaining existing client relationships, creating comprehensive wealth plans, and coordinating financial strategies to align with each client’s goals and values. The Wealth Management Advisor will develop referrals by fostering relationships with centers of influence, existing clients, community involvement and other professional external client resources.

Wealth Management Advisor Responsibilities
- Build and maintain existing client relationships.
- Maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified prospects through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Develop effective referral network.
- Identify and recommend appropriate asset management, financial, and estate planning advice to deliver a great client experience.
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity in business activities to ensure confidentiality and sound business decisions that work towards client goals and objectives and are compliant with all regulatory requirements.
- Develop detailed and moderately complex financial plans using a structured planning process to provide a clear and comprehensive picture for clients.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client relationships.
Wealth Management with a Difference
Experience Requirements
The successful candidate will be an accomplished professional with at least five years of wealth management sales experience within a well-respected financial services organization. Required qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Series 7 and/or 66 license required.
- CFP license, preferred.
- Experience working with clients that have $750K - $3M in assets.
- Proven ability to uncover client personal goals and objectives to create a personalized and meaningful financial plan.

- Go-getter mentality, self-motivated to succeed and grow.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail with demonstrated ability to build effective financial plans offering a variety of solutions.
